Julia really made cooking fun and she was informative at the same time. She looked and sounded like a real chef. No sexy clothes for her, nor would it have fit her style...she was first class all the way!

The food network should see if they can get permission to air some of her old shows. Even if it was in a late night slot it would be fun to be able to see some of those shows again.
