okay yes I disliked these as a kid, but come to find out they are really good if prepared right. I think it wasn't the fact that I did not like them, I just did not like them the way my mother prepared them. Maybe if she would have watched more Julia Child, I could have eat them. Kinda like my wife who says oh I don't like that, till she tried it and goes oh thats really good, but then I have been watching the chef's on food network for years.

I like all those items except liver. I don't care how it is prepared, can't get over the texture of it
