I like watching the true Chefs too. Bobby Flay and Emeril make many things that I would and have fixed at home. I still like to watch some of the fancy dishes prepared though. I think the problem with Mario's show was that he showed mainly how things were prepared in different parts of Italy, and their pallets seem a bit different from ours in many cases. I liked watching it, but it didn't seem like something I would want to make.
