New Kitchen Aid Pasta Press Attachment
With this groundbreaking attachment, you can put your KitchenAid stand mixer to work making small and large macaroni, bucatini (thick hollow tubes), spaghetti, fusilli (corkscrews) and rigatoni (short ribbed tubes). Easy to assemble and use, the press comes with six pasta plates that store in a case on top of the attachment when not in use. Simply position your desired plate and attach the press to the power hub of any KitchenAid stand mixer. Then feed balls of dough through the hopper, sliding the wire cutter to detach each batch. A wrench/pusher, a cleaning brush, complete instructions and excellent recipes are included. Hand-wash. 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 8" high. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.

Oh, oh! I'm in trouble now!

I'm a big lover and eater of pasta and will have to check this out. Wonder if they make one that fits my KA Pro 600?Most of all, cook from the heart, and you’ll never be lonely when the dinner bell rings! - Chef Robert Irvin

Is there anything the Kitchen Aid can't do?

Just checked it out and at a $179.95, it's going to have to wait a wee bit before I get one. I'll have to put it on my Christmas wish list or send it in a email with a link to the DH as a hint for my birthday. That's sooner!

no way could I justify this, the DW will only eat thin spaghetti. I want the 6qt drop down bowl, heavy mixer, along with the meat grinder. Some day maybe.

If you have an outlet mall nearby, check out a store called Kitchen Collection. They carry refurb Kitchenaid mixers that carry the same warranty as new, most have never actually been used and are in flawless condition. This place has some great prices on Kitchenaid mixers, they had the Artisan mixers for $199, and the pro heavy duty with the lift bowl for under $300 the last time I was there.

OH cool did not know that they did that, I have a Artisan 5 qt, the gray matt got it before I knew what I really wanted, one of those it is on sale which got a damn good price at $189.00. Maybe give it to one of the sons, if they ever start cooking and baking, both cook now but still have not gotten the passion where if they get married they both would have the wives do it. Really thinking about it, if a Christmas comes along and ya I could give one the Puck Bistro stand mixer and the other the Kitchen Aid, then get what I want hmmmmm good idea Bakerman, !!!!!!!!!!!!!
