Stainless-Steel LCD TV for Iron Chefs in the Kitchen

Stainless-Steel LCD TV for Iron Chefs in the Kitchen

Meant for your kitchen countertop, this 20-inch stainless-steel LCD TV will match most of your other kitchen wares, and comes with a water-resistant remote for accidental splashage. The resolution isn't specified, though it's an HDTV with an HDMI input. Granted, if you're just using it to follow along with Alton Brown on Good Eats 1080p's probably not much of a concern.

I don't have one either. The way my house is set up, even though I can't see the TV if I'm in the kitchen, I can hear the TV and if I want to see something, I can either run into the living room and watch or else pause or rewind whatever is on.

My mom used to have a TV in the kitchen. My step-dad bought it for her when I was in high school. This was back in the day before HD and LCD TVs though, so it wasn't nearly as neat as what they have out now nor was it 20 inches. It was more like 13 or so. I don't remember, but it was small and it was mounted underneath the cabinet. It did have a remote control that was sealed so to speak so that it you spilled something on it, it could be washed off.

Mine is pretty much the same way unless I have my range hood on then it's hard to hear.

We have an open kitchen which looks right into the family room. I can see the TV if I use the burner on the top left side of the cooktop!

Years and years ago I had a TV in the kitchen. It was a little black and white. Once that stopped working, we didn't put another one in the kitchen. There wasn't cable or anything and all that I watched on it back then was "All My Children". Haven't watched that show in years.
