The yeast puppets were on a couple night ago doing more than just burping.

I had that problem as well when I first started out baking yeast breads and cakes. As time pressed on, and I did it more and more, it became a piece of cake.

Some of my bread recipes can be adapted using the bread machine. Just haven't programmed them into the unit's memory yet.

I'm telling you the recipes in the book, "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes" is SO easy and there is no kneading. The bread is fantastic!

Is it in the one that came with your bread machine?

No, this is a book of bread recipes that you just mix the ingredients together, let it rise and it is ready to use. No kneading! The recipes are easy and SO delicious. I've told many, many, friends about it and they can't stop making bread. One told me she got a craving late one night and threw it together and was eating bread at midnight!

I was going to make bread again, but I don't know when I'll have time. I work until 10 today and tomorrow, I'm going out Wednesday night, and Thursday night I have class. Although last time I made the bread after class, maybe I'll do that again this week. Then its ready to be done by the time everyone is going to sleep.

I might be interested in that. Where did you purchase it?

Though I wouldn't make bread late at night. I'm too busy . Haha!!
