I don't think we are picking, we just want to know what it will do if we buy it. I don't want it if it doesn't brown but if you say it does maybe I am interested. You have used something we haven't and we have questions. I would like to see Alton do a show on it and tell us what it works best with and what it doesn't.

I've seen many pieces of these at TJ's and may have to pick one up.

I appreciate all your input and educating us on the pro's of using silicone pans. If not for you, I wouldn't have had a clue.
