Wow! I have them all plus some. I do enjoying cooking and having the right tools is essential, don't you think?

One of my favorite, foolproof, appliances is my rice cooker. Perfect rice everytime. Also, it was probably one of the least expensive. The person that invented this was a genius!

I have them too. isilzha got me started on the Penzey's spices and I have to order online because none are local. Now they send me these catalogs that tempt me into trying new blends all the time.

We got a catalog from them today. I want to go to the store and get a little thing of ginger because that recipe I want to try uses ginger.

I got the catalog too. I thought I would like that Tuscan seasoning on the cover, but it has fennel in it. Not a fan of the fennel.

One time when I was watching Emeril (and this was when I just started watching) he was using fennel and I said 'whats fennel?' and 2 seconds later he said 'if you don't know what fennel is...'.

I have seen the steamer bags on TV, that is a good deal at your price. I was wondering if they would be expensive. Let me know how they do. I don't cook many things in the microwave it never seems quite the same. But it would be nice to find out this makes it better.
