I use my cast iron griddle on the grill side and make them on my cook top right now. But I have been drawn to the electric ones. I might get one myself someday.

I have the FN 4-in-one from Kohls, you can read my review in the reviews section, it is pretty much a re-branded Cuisinart Griddler.

We have one but seldom use it. And it's good when we do, we just don't do a lot of sandwich type things.

We have a Krups. I think it's easy to use and clean for that matter.

I use the cast iron skillet and a plate to press the sandwich down. Works great.

I watched Alton do it once with bricks wrapped in foil. It was a good show.

I've seen them use a brick as well. Thought about it, but using the plate works for me.
