I also have the two Ray-Ray hard anodised pots - the huge 8-qt. oval stockpot with a stainless steel lid, and the 5-qt. oval pan with a glass lid. |

Rep Power: 3 | Don't have any old Pyrex, except a 2-cup measure, but still have some pieces of the Corningware Spice of Life bakeware pieces that I got back in 1974. |

Rep Power: 10 | I still have one of the saucepans with the lid. All the other pieces have vanished due to age and wear. Got mine back in 1974 as well!

Old fasioned, but it still gets the job done!! It keeps me from having to use the Emerilware for this purpose so that it doesn't get scorched or turn blue!! | I sear in the stainless all the time, the secret is Barkeeper's Friend, it will bring back the shiny silver surface in no time!

Rep Power: 10 | That's stuff is fantastic. It will remove discolorations in the light colored coating of enameled cast iron too. |

Rep Power: 1 | The first time I used it, I was amazed, just a little on a wet paper towel, lightly scub, and the pan looks like new.
Thanks for the hint about the enamel cast iron, mine gets stained sometimes.

Rep Power: 10 | I don't leave it on there too long and make sure to rinse it good so it doesn't damage the coating. |

MAC | I HAVE that. There's also Wright's Copper Cleaner (have that also) and Wrights Stainless Steel Cleaner.
They both come in paste form in a small plastic jar.
The stuff does a fantastic job on bringing copper back to life!! And since I clean the copper bands around the Emerilware, I just go on and clean the inside and outside with it also. It makes your SS cookware shine like new!!! It really rocks! |
