Rep Power: 2 | Stainless Steel Cookware; Who Has It? How many of you have stainless steel cookware?
I have the Emerilware 10-pc Stainless Steel Cookware set. I've also added many matching open stock pcs to it to make it a giant 30-pc set!
It's made by All-Clad through a collaberation with Emeril Lagasse, and each and every pc has his signature on the handles and bottoms. |

Rep Power: 2 | Well, I have Emeril's as well as two other sets, one two/twelve 5 ply, and Chefs professional 5 ply. Now for wedding gifts and beginners cooks I buy Wolfgang Pucks cookware. Its a decent set and get them started, and not quite as much money.

Rep Power: 2 | I've got the AC MC line. Have had the same pieces for 20+ years. It's still going strong except it's not quiet as pretty as it was when brand-new. But then, if someone was putting me over a hot flame everyday for 20+ years I wouldn't be looking 100% either! |

Rep Power: 10 | I have my husbands old Revereware that he purchased in 1970. Still does the job and the copper bottoms are as shiny now as they were then. It helps to keep things cleaned and polished...just like my car!

Rep Power: 1 | You can see a review of my cookware in the review section! I am a bit bummed because it seems like Sears has discontinued it, I wish I had bought a second set, I like it that much! It is the "clad" construction like Allclad but at a bargain basement price. With the fully clad stuff, water boils so much quicker, and in the covered fry pan, you can actually fry on the sides. When I put cubed meat in the pan if a piece touches the side it will stick and sear on the side, I guess that is why the pot boils so quickly.
I have added a couple Tramonitna clad pieces to it, they have a very similar style and it looks like a matching set.
I have a couple pieces of non stick for eggs and stuff, I really don't care for non stick cookware, but it has its place for certain things.
I was all set to buy the Emerilware set when I found this.

Rep Power: 10 | I still use my cast iron more than anything else. But I do have stainless. I use it the most for boiling things like noodles or heating frozen veggies. Most of the major cooking goes cast iron. |
