Rep Power: 2 | Electric Vacuum Bag Sealer; Who Has One? I own the Tilia Advanced Design V2460 FoodSaver, and it is far better than those piece-of-junk hand-held battery-operated units!!
I love that it now has hands-free operation! You just move the locking lever on the right down away from you and it locks the lid down until you are done with the vacuum sealing process!
It has quite a few ultra-modern technological improvements over previous models!!:28:
Which one do YOU have? |

Rep Power: 10 | I have the food saver. Great for buying cheese in bulk and freezing things. |

Food spoilage doesn't stand a chance. I vacuum sealed a big fresh shoulder, it's been in the freezer since around March, and so far, there is no sign of the bag losing it's vacuum and air-tight seal!!
Keeps food fresh up to 5x longer! |

Rep Power: 10 | Didn't we already have this thread last year? Or was that just the Handi sealer?

Rep Power: 2 | I think BOTH types were talked about in the other thread. The hand-held unit.
I'm guilty. Sorry, - I think I mentioned the FoodSaver over there only because I went and bought another one to replace the battery-operated hand-held unit.
I DID however, look for a thread like this one before I started it, but I didn't see one. |

Rep Power: 2 | Thanks, but I know about it already. I wrote replies there a few times. |
