Contrary to popular belief, when you're baking at home, you don't need a baking stone or a steamy environment in the oven. Those things are very nice to have, but they just aren't necessary to create a good product. How to create a steamy environment in your oven - Slashfood  Sounds like something AB would do!

My warming drawer can get nice an humid to raise dough when I add water. It has a proof setting. |

Rep Power: 10 | This bathroom had pink tile and brown and pink flocked wallpaper. Bathrooms were the first thing we changed. |
