I bought a muffin top pan several years ago and never used it.


Chef, I have that same double bread pan that you got but mine said it was for French bread. Ah...six of one, etc. I also bought one of those neat heavy-duty popover pans, too. I used to use custard cups and put them on a cookie sheet and have to be careful so they didn't slam into each other so the new pan is really convenient.

I used the Italian Bread pan tonight with my semolina flour added to the bread flour and it was awesome.

If your wife makes buns regularly she would probably like the bun pan I got.
