GelPro Mat For Your Kitchen Floor

I've had one of these in my kitchen now for almost a year and I (and my feet) just love it! It's like have a nice soft firm pillow between your feet and the hard floor.

GelPro Mats make standing in the kitchen painless

My kitchen floor is an unforgiving surface. It consists of 42-year-old vinyl tiles over hard, unyielding concrete. For years, if I was planning on spending any serious time in the kitchen, I'd have to lace up my running shoes to prevent my feet and lower back from the ache of standing on that floor. So when I got an opportunity to test out the GelPro® Mat, I jumped at the chance.

Now that's a good idea! I need to get one of those.

I can see where this would be beneficial if you have an older floor, like the writer. I'm fine in the kitchen and probably wouldn't buy this product.

I would like it for my tile since it's almost like concrete. My husband doesn't like the looks of rugs in there though. He probably wouldn't like this.

Speaking of concrete, I had thought about getting one of those, but since I have to use the sink for washing clothes and for washing dishes, both machines have to be wheeled over to the sink for their water supply and to discharge the used water.

I'd have to pick up and move the mat out of the way because there is just no way that I'm moving any of those machines on top of the mat, especially not the dishwasher, since it has a huge cement block under the tub! That thing weighs a ton!!! It's even hard to move on its own wheels!
