Has Anyone Seen This?

Here's something that I thought you might be interested in.

It's a 3-tier rack that you can use in the oven to make your holiday cooking go easier! Looks like a neat little gadget that helps expand the cooking capabilities of your oven. Great for making more than one casserole at a time!!

To see the pic of it, go here: http://www.chefscatalog.com/product/...Companion.aspx .

Looks like it would work best in a convection oven, most ovens wouldn't circulate the air quite as well, and looks like you would need an oven with a hidden element.

Cool idea though, especially when you want to keep stuff warm in the oven.

Until I got my new oven the size that thing takes up is about all I had.

Our oven is too small for anything additional. I have an electric oven for the counter if I need additonal roasting. It is a great stand-by.

My oven is plenty big and has four racks so I've got plenty of room in it. And, if I need extra... the MW/Conv Oven has two racks, giving me another three levels.

Yeah, I think it'll only work best for wide ovens. My oven is probably too small for it, and I usually don't do more than one casserole anyway.

And it IS pictured in a convection ovden - hence the fan can be seen on the back wall. It may also com in handy if one of your regular oven racks is missing.

BerryBaby, I also have a countertop oven for addintioal roasting and baking. I sometimes like to use it for a turkey or chicken because it has convection cooking, where the main oven does not.
