Nesting Bowls And More Save Cabinet Space

The Joseph Joseph Nest 8 Bowls

In my first apartment, the kitchen was tiny: I had only two cabinets to hold both my cooking gear and my food. I relied on nesting bowls as one way to minimize the space needed for cooking equipment. Antony and Richard Joseph have taken the concept of using nesting bowls to save space far beyond the traditional set of bowls. The Joseph Joseph Nest 8 Bowls is an eight-piece set--although only two of the pieces are bowls. It also has a colander, a sieve, and four measuring cups. All of the pieces are made from melamine. They're durable and easy to clean.

I might have to get a set of these for the RV and free up some cabinet and drawer space. Most of all, cook from the heart, and you’ll never be lonely when the dinner bell rings! - Chef Robert Irvin

I have a weird affinity for bowls, I was in to crate and barrel the other day and had a hard time leaving these on the shelf, I loved the colors and they all nestle nicely together. They are stoneware.

I have two sets of bowls...one set is Pyrex clear and the other are metal. That's it. Have had them for years.

I love the colors for things they are making for the kitchen these days. I try to get green, red and yellow. It's the theme in my kitchen.

Mine are kind of boring but they are in the cabinet and no one sees them. They do have great, colorful kitchenware these days.
Pluff, do still have any of the Pyrex little casserole bowls from the 70's? I have one or two left and they are blue. Think they came in olive green as well.
One day, while I was just washing one, it broke in two! They sure did stand the test of time....some 30 plus years.BerryBaby

I've got a set like that 4 or 5 years ago from Pottery Barn. Love the colors and the stoneware.
None of the bowls, but several of the casseroles including a 9 x 12. Have a Pyrex 2-cup measuring cup from that time that all the print has worn off of. Not any good for measuring, but handy for things like heating and serving maple syrup in.Most of all, cook from the heart, and you’ll never be lonely when the dinner bell rings! - Chef Robert Irvin

I like the idea of nesting bowls, the crate and barrel ones are nesting. I am in the process of replacing all of my old cheap stuff from when I first had to equip the kitchen, with higher quality last a lifetime sort of stuff. I think I will ask for the bowls for christmas.

Mine are from Emeril's older line. I don't think they sell them anymore. Here's the dinnerware that matches it. The bowls are nice. I like them a lot. The dinnerware molded on the back where the ceramic was porous at the ring it sits on.

Please don't show any more bowls.
I'm a bowl freak, and you're tempting me to want to get these. Haha!!
