Electric Knife Sharpener; Who Has One?
Do any of you have an electric knife sharpener?
I found out that having one is one of the best investments to help keep my knives razor-sharp!
It really works very well and keeps all the knives honed and sharpened. As you might know, using a dull knife is more dangerous that using a sharp one.
You just can't go wrong! The best thing for your knives! You'll probably NEVER go back to what you were using before!

Yes, the Shun sharpener. Also, the Shun honing steel.

This is what I use, not electric, but it works well to keep my knives razor sharp.

I use to use one like that with my older knives, but after getting the Shuns I had to change because the degree on the German knives is 22 degrees and the Shuns are 16 degrees. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have changed.

If I hadn't already had a set of Wusthoff knives, I would have jumped all over those Shuns.
