Our UPS guy Tony brought me a early Valentine's gift from the DH today. Another Shun knife to add to my collection! It's a new one in their classic line - a 6-inch Gokujo boning/filleting knife. It should come in real handy for filleting and skinning all the fish that the DH catches. It's already found a home on the magnetic strip with the others.
My partner buys me lots of cooking stuff that I put on my amazon wish list, he says the same thing, he gets to benefit from the food that I make with the stuff!
