Nonstick Glass Bakeware
Bakeware that doesn't stick

While there are more than a few bakeware options out there, Green Apple Glass Bakeware is the only option with a nonstick coating that is all natural. This line of bakewares is made from borosilicate glass--a material that handles extreme temperature changes with no problem. The nonstick coating used by Green Apple is proprietary: the NAMI coating is FDA-approved, environmentally safe, chemical-free, and antibacterial. It's not clear exactly what the coating is made from, however. It eliminates the need to grease pans, which, in turn, makes for healthier baked goods. The line of Green Apple Glass Bakeware is also safe from oven to freezer and have all the other important attributes of quality glass bakeware.

Me either.
When I first saw this post I envisioned the dark Teflon on glass and was very puzzled.

Never had a problem with any of my glass baking dishes. Wonder who thought of this one?
Probably someone who doesn't bake much?BerryBaby

Never really had a problem with glass bakeware sticking. Just what we need, another piece of cookware with a coating that can peel off, they just took what could be a lifetime piece of bakeware and made it disposable. Maybe I am being too cynical, but it just looks like a gimmick to me.
I love how they say "It eliminates the need to grease pans, which, in turn, makes for healthier baked goods." Does putting a very thin film of grease really pose a heath issue for most?MAC
Before you criticize someone you should walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you criticize them you are a mile away and you have their shoes!

Great minds, MAC! I was thinking that too. A little spritz of oil or a thin coating isn't going to rack the calories!

I've never had a problem with amy of my glass bakeware eihter.
And besides, a cooking spray helps take care of any sticking situations. I keep a ton of it on hand. I see no need to get non-stick glass bakeware.
I have metal bakeware as well. And for really tough-to-clean food residue after cooking and baking, there's Dawn Power Dissolver to the rescue. I keep a ton of THAT on hand as well.
I'm a supreme Fan of Bentley Green & Aaron McCargo Jr.!!:appl:
