Pitch It-- Just as you go through your wardrobe to get rid of things you don't wear or that are out of fashion, go through your cooking utensils and pitch the ones that you never use..."

Gave away utensils I never used last year and bought new drawer organizers. It has been wonderful! No more hunting for something I need. It's just right there.

I did a cleaning of my kitchen drawers this past winter and took the stuff to the Habitat store. I still need to get some dividers for my one deep drawer to help separate everything. My next step is to better arrange the under-the-stairs closet that I use for extra kitchen storage. Keep my large roasting pans, food processor, wok, etc there. Have to keep moving stuff around every time I want to use something. It's a PITA.
