That's a nice looking set. Although I don't know why I would have 3 things of salt laying out in the open.

Seems as though they would be hot all the way to where you pick them up if you left them on long enough to cook the food, guess you would use gloves to take them off the grill, if you going for the skewered food why not use a skewer with a wooden handle that you could pick up?
