I guess you can use your salt substitute and low sodium soy sauce.

I was thinking the other day after I made the pizza it made me happy. It was like a project to work on and then at the end it was tasty.

Only bad thing about cooking is that it takes forever. Everyone keeps bugging me asking when the stuff is going to be done.
