All that shouting about food ... what for? But I'm sorry Mario Batali split. Yes, he's shaped like St. Nick and should lose the crocs, but he's from Seattle, his Dad runs Salumi here and he knows Italian food (see chicken recipe below). I watch Molto Mario reruns because I'm fascinated by why Italians eat the way they do. His dishes are rich and complicated. He doesn't dumb them down. MORE HERE __________________ Suzie
