While he was big when FN first got off the ground, the times they are a changin'. I don't see where food/cooking shows and/or personalities are any different than network series shows that get canceled left and right nowadays. Today it's 'what have you done for me lately'. Networks are only loyal as long as you're making them money. For Mario to make those comments sounds like it was a real career-killer. Hmm....maybe that's why he's now sucking up to the ever-annoying R.R., who WalMart fans love by the looks of their book section at my last visit.
