That is beautiful. I have an Aunt that did my wedding cake. She used to have me help make some for other people when I was a kid. I remember making daisies with gum paste. I did all the centers pressed on a screen. It's a lot of work.

Thanks, I would love to get into making gum paste flowers. These were just the basic buttercream roses made with a rose tip on a nail. I haven't done a wedding cake in a while, very stressful, as I am a perfectionist, many think it looks perfect and I can see flaws all over the place!
