Great recipe, thanks! Panzanella rocks right now with beautiful homegrown tomatoes on my windowsill!

I was watching Ming yesterday and Michael was his guest and he made this puma di Tonno and Heirloom Tomato "Short Stack." It looked really interesting with this chive vinaeigrette.

I think Michael is probably one of the best Italian chef's out there. I have never tried a recipe of his I didn't like.
