    Bravo Italiano! Elegant entertaining

Celebrate great taste during Italian Heritage Month this October with these sumptuous recipes from television chef and wine maker Michael Chiarello. High-quality ingredients are the stars of classic Italian cuisine, so before you start dicing and sautéing, enjoy the first step in great cooking: going to the market.
To make elegant entertaining simple, Chiarello suggests stocking your pantry with a few dependable staples.
"Fill your kitchen with the best ingredients like tomatoes, canned at the peak of freshness, fine cheese and a few bottles of approachable, food-friendly wines and you will be able to create a meal in no time at all that will bring down the house," Chiarello says.

I already gave daughter my copy of this month's FN. Is it a recipe that is on the FN site?

I use his Marinara recipe quite a bit...delicious!

It takes about 6 to 8 weeks to get your first copy of a magazine after you subscribe to it. They all take about that long... some even 10 weeks. I subscribed to two mags the middle of Aug. and was told by both that the first issue I would be getting was the Nov one, which would be end of Oct.

ibcheft and islzha... go to FN mag's customer service page https://w1.buysub.com/pubs/HR/FNM/FN...10049939&vid=2 and you can check out the status of your subscription. Hope this helps.
