Kinda surprised me to see Michael do these commercials. I would probably only eat them if he was the one making the food.

Marie Callender's , makes really good chicken pot pies. When I need a pie in a rush, hers is what I will buy, an bake for last minute.

Me, too. I always have a couple of the turkey or chicken pies in the freezer. It's a good meal when you don't want to cook or have that moment, "What sounds good for dinner?"

Everything I've had by Marie Callendar's has been excellent. The sodium content is very high, but I have them so rarely it shouldn't matter, right?

Marie does make some good stuff. Even her frozen pies aren't bad.

I saw a little cookbook in the checkout lane at the Super WalMart last week that featured Marie Callender and Michael. I just happened to see his pic on the cover, but didn't pick it up and look thru it. It was one of those small ones like the Pillsbury ones. Going to be back there tomorrow. If I see one, I'll check it out.

I have never bought anything from them. Usually the only frozen pre made things I get are for the kids to heat up if they want a snack or are too picky to eat what I fix for dinner.

They are the premium frozen meal, IMO.
