BTW, I made blanched aspargus with fresh greens (from my salad bowl on the patio), squeezed fresh lemon juice on it and topped with thin slices of filet. Delicious!
Although, I must tell you your proscuitto wrapped asparagus are delicious! Have made them many times for guests and they are a big hit!!!!
