Sara is a good teacher. Martin Yan would be good too. I just can't seem to get any Asian food right. I know Michael does some on this coast ... Florida I think. Someday I might just have to plan a me trip for something like that. It's great that the chefs who are the best at really showing you how to do things do this kind of program for others to learn. I find Michael and Sara very easy to follow as they show you the steps. And it's not something I have to be actually doing while they show me. For some reason I find their instruction easy to retain and use many different ways.
