YOUNTVILLE – It's a sunny, warm afternoon in Napa Valley, a postcard day for California wine country. Michael Chiarello is sitting on the comfortably decorated stone deck outside Bottega, his new restaurant.
Sitting, actually, isn't quite accurate. Chiarello, star of the Food Network and Fine Living Network, and founder of Tra Vigne restaurant in St. Helena, keeps getting up to shake hands with customers.
