Tomorrow (Thursday, April 16th 2009) at approximately 2:45pm PT Chef Michael Chiarello will be broadcasting live once again.
Following the opening of his new restaurant, Bottega, in Yountville last December, Chiarello will sit down with the Uncork29.com team to answer a few questions. This video interview from Bottega will provide the viewing audience with a chance to get involved in the interview by posing questions that we'll relay to Chiarello (provided all the technology and WiFi works in the restaurant). Time will be limited and we'll do our best to ask him as many of your questions as we can.
I will be at soccer practice when this is happening. If anyone can follow along and pass on info I would appreciate it. I wish I could ask him to open a restaurant on the east coast, and how long his steak sauce keeps in the fridge.
Maybe they will keep the interview up online after the fact.
WiFi must not have worked. I was on the site for a good half hour and only chatted with one other person. It said it was 'off air' so they must have had problems.
It was frustrating to both of us. Oh well..maybe they will try it again soon.

Don't you hate it when the internet doesn't cooperate with what you are trying to do? I guess it happens to all website owners. I know I have had some times when things don't work and it's usually at the worst time.
