That was a fun video - I liked the balsamic syringe idea, lol. I don't get the peeler though - I could never get my hands around one of those cheap metal things. I have an OXO one that I would cry if it broke.

I use the old vegetable peeler, just like Michael. Tried others, but it works the best in my book.
I made perfect, ribboned, zucchini and friends wanted to know how I did it. Showed them the peeler and they were very surprised. It's all in the technique.
