I caught part of that, wonder what the heck is the deal, by the looks of it the little guy needs to pack his knives and go, looks more like a scene from Hell's Kitchen than that from Top Chef

I have seen him on Top Chef, Dale seems as if I remember right he was a little cocky on there also he was on season four. Wasn't he the one who through a fit and started beating the wall ? strange I remember that but not what it was about.

From the looks of the previews last night, if that Dale said "what you going to do about it" one more time to Michael, he going to end up being fertilizer for some of Michael's grapevines.

And speaking of Michael... did I see him do what I thought he did last night? During the last bit of the vegan lunch prep, he called out how much time was left then place a lemon half in his mouth, bending over the bowl and used his mouth to squeeze the juice out of the lemon! I thought OMG, did he really do that? Does he do that in his restaurants?

I saw him do it but his mouth didn't touch the juice, just the peel. It was a bit odd. But Michael has a very nice mouth.

ya the lemon thing, I saw that and went no couldn't been then, forget to go back to check it. Not really sure but seems like a lemon squeezer would have been more appropriate. I sure Rick has one. I hope Michael put mouthy in his place, you can really tell the insecure people, they act that way to cover up the insecurities. Why they do it on national TV is beyond me, now everybody in the world will know and if your looking for employment especially in a kitchen where you have to work with other people not good for the resume`
