Oh this is really going to be interesting, the question, the tempers. Wonder why is it up till the young chefs come in, there is no anger issues ? suppose this is where the insecurities come out of the young ins.

Maybe Michael will issue Dale a smackdown tonight. From the previews, it looked like he needed one.

All I am going to say, as not to ruin it for those who view later is that I think Michael wants to win, and he's doing his best to make the choices to bring him to that. Being close to Michael's age myself I think he rightly believes the way most of us were taught that experience demands respect. The young people of today seem to ignore that philosophy completely.
If I had the chance to work with Michael and I was a chef I would have tremendous respect for him. Heck I would even if I could just go eat his food!

Poor Michael! No one wanted to play with him last night.

I think it was a little arrogant of all the younger chefs to assume he knows what their top skills are. I don't watch the regular top chef and I didn't know who any of them were. Maybe Michael doesn't watch it either. Part of the competition was for him to decide who he wanted to help him, he was trying to follow what he was asked to do and choose wisely and they all seemed to think he should know everything about them.
