Weird the way the do stuff on TV to play with our emotions, SOB's. Michael should of turned his back and walked away, Anita being Dale's head Chef should have stepped in taken Dale by the ear and lead him out the door and fired him on the spot. I have never seen anybody be that disrespectful and still have a job. Then for Bravo to put that call in thing for who would win a fist fight, cheapest form of advertisement and just as disrespectful IMHO. Up till this point in the show we, never seen any such action by any of the chefs and you would think they would have the ego issues, but as I am finding out the older I get the wiser I am, and the younger you are the more you think you know, but in reality you have not touched what your about to gain in knowledge. Did Dale ever apologize, I do not think I seen it, if he did.
prepared with passion and served with love !

Sort of, but not really. Top Chef Masters - Blogs - Burning Questions - Dale Talde - Bravo TV Official Site
I follow Michael on Facebook, he seemed to feel like a lot of this was twisted by editing. As usual I suppose to make it seem more interesting to the viewer and like there is more to it than there actually was.
