I'm cheering for Michael, but if I was betting Bayless.

I do like Rick. But I have to remain loyal to Michael.

I like Rick but than again Keller or Micheal could pull a new trick out of the bag. That is what makes this show interesting, these chefs are well trained in many features and you never know what they have in their back pockets.

I just can't support a guy that serves a $5,000 dollar hamburger. Keller seems like a friendly and pleasant enough person, but as much as we have heard the word "ego" thrown around during this competition that seems to reflect the biggest to me.

It isn't that the Chef charges $5000.00 for a hamburger but for me what idiot pays $5000. 00 for a hamburger ? and I agree he has a ego issues but it is the guy/gal paying $5000.00 for the burger that feeds these ego's

That is of course depending on how many he sells. If he just has it on the menu whether it sells or not, that alone seems over the top to me.

I have to say that after watching a rerun of last week, I've become a little peeved with Rick Bayless. My problem with Bayless was his somewhat disparaging dismissal of Betty, saying he was only planning on using her to make the table look pretty. I know Betty wasn't much of a super chef when she was on TV but that comment somehow just didn't sit too well...

Let's see if Chiarello can put aside his ego for a few minutes to crank out some dishes.

Hubert might sneak in there and take it.

Well guess it is how you look at it, I took it as a complement, that she was the only one with enough skills in their group to do that. I always like her personality and positive attitude. I did not see it as put down, just a matter of choice good looking table or good tasting food, and if I had chosen you for your taste in table setting because I like that style which can I afford to let go of the most, taste or looks ? just the way I seen it. But than you know I have a weird way of seeing things
