Oh it would be tempting. But if she was there they'd never get any cooking done.

Rep Power: 0 | Loved Misssion: Holiday Hope! His little helper busting Roberts chops about not being able to make cornbread was hilarious.
Also, Robert still doesn't know how to make Southern Banana Pudding. Looked like they topped it with meringue. |

Rep Power: 10 | Did you see the banana pudding he made for the Elvis show? He mixed it all together and baked it, nilla wafers and all. It looked like banana bread.
The British must not eat banana pudding. A lot of what they call pudding I would call cake. |

Rep Power: 0 | Yes, I saw it and was horrified. I'm not actually a southerner, I am a Yankee living in South Carolina. However, the first southern dish I learned to create was Banana Pudding. I may just put the recipe over in the recipe thread.
I think the problem is that the English bake all their puddings and we don't.
On another note, I wish he would just once say STRING BEANS. He always uses that Haricot Verts term. I assume it's French, but they're just string beans. |

Rep Power: 10 | I am kinda on the high side of the south in WV, but a lot of the food here seems to lean toward the southern style. I do like traditional banana pudding, but I like banana bread too so I might like what Robert made too. |

Rep Power: 0 | I saw a commercial yesterday afternoon promoting the new season of Dinner: Impossible. New episodes start January 16 at 10PM. It looked like someone got Chef Irvine in a kilt. |

Rep Power: 0 | I will as well. The military challenge is the Air Forces 60th anniversary. They filmed that way back in September, I think.
The 16th is something about an Alaskan cruise. |
