Food Network's Popular Series Features a 'Dinner: Impossible' Challenge Aboard Sapphire Princess

I am not sure I like the sound of "gastronomic dare" on a cruise ship considering the kind of stuff we have read about recently.

I think I would have called it something else.

"Where are the Fritters?"--I was thinking that I like Chef David as much as I like Chef Robert, until the end when Robert gave the man his knives, which of course moved Chef Robert back into first place.

I enjoyed the show last night but I wish they'd give us more than 3 seconds to see each dish. There were several things I was interested in last night. I hope I can find the recipes on FN.com.

The recipes are all online. Just go to the TV guide page for yesterday. All the recipes are there. I've cooked many of Chef Irvines recipes and haven't been the least bit disappointed in any of them. Some are outright fabulous.

I need to try one of his. I haven't even looked at his recipes. Everyone seems very pleased on the show. I always wish I could be somewhere and be lucky enough to get in on tasting the results of his mission.
