Food Network show. On Jan. 12, he and his Sous Chef, David Britton, prepared an authentic New Mexican meal large enough to feed 60 people using only traditional cooking equipment and methods, such as horno ovens, from 100 years ago. And he did it in six hours, according to the New Mexico Tourism Department.
The Santa Fe episode is slated to air sometime in March. "Dinner Impossible" is one of the Food Network's most popular shows, drawing about 7.8 million weekly viewers, according to state tourism officials.
Michael Cerletti, secretary of the Tourism Department, said he was honored, but not surprised, that the show selected New Mexico for an episode.
