FN (or some other channel) should give Chef Besh a show

I love the New Orleans cooking idea! I wouldn't care how he traveled (I think Alton is handling the motorcycle angle quite well ) but I would love to learn more about that region's cooking.

They use to have a show on PBS with Leah Chase, she would set there in her chair and her son did most of the cooking, was okay but just did not seem to be geared towards all of New Orleans style, I know there is a great mix of cultural foods there but that show I never thought filled it. I know Paul Pudhomme also has a show that every once in awhile comes on PBS also, but these seem so far and few between, and it is really hard to pick up much from them. We need a new Justin Wilson and I kind of think Besh could cover the whole thing, and make it entertaining as well.

There is no doubting thaT Michael has the culinary chops. But DI had a paticualer flavor with Robert that I just don't think Michael can replicate.

Symon is horrible. I can't stand more than 5 minutes of the show. He looks like some guy they just found on the street. Even worse, the guys that cook with him thay have no personality at all and look even worse. Please just pull the show off the air

OR

BRING ROBERT BACK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think they are going to bring Robert back as they already have a new host now. Symon isn't someone they just found on the street, he prevailed (or rather was selected) before or during a mini-series called "The Next Iron Chef", and he's currently one of the Iron Chefs. I enjoyed the Next Iron Chef series and like when he gets challenged on Iron Chef. He seems to have a good jovial attitude and I like anything with him acting in it. What's funny is that I never watched Dinner Impossible until Symon took over, but now I will watch and enjoy the ones with Robert too. So I've been snared by yet another successful marketing strategy. Heheh

Darn it... Missed the Opryland show tonight (was cooking! Hahah) Thank goodness for midnight reruns, got the TIVO thang programmed right this time I think...

Watched all three of the episodes with Symon and still like the ones with Robert better. I know FN isn't going to bring him back... but we can still wish.
