Culinary Vegetable Institute pulls out all the stops for major event

More than 30 of the most important chefs from around the country return to the The Culinary Vegetable Institute in Milan for the 2008 Food & Wine Celebration tomorrow.


This year, Michael Symon, Cleveland's own Iron Chef and chef-partner of Lola and Lolita restaurants, is featured in a cook-off that pits some of the most recognized chefs in America in a head-to-head contest.

Marcel and Symon in the same place, oh no can not stand that Marcel from Top Chef season two, he was just one of those you want to strangle because of his attitude , and Symon well if he doesn't do that fake laugh. But the whole thing looks interesting wish I had a private jet, a ticket and a chance to go, that would be one heck of a day with all the other chefs there, oh well maybe I will win the lottery.
