I missed the wine and cheese event that was a part of the package for Alton's demo. (I didn't get checked into the hotel in time, but Alton wasn't there so it was ok)

But some man setting at my table for the demo, told me he talked to the Opryland Hotel chef, during the wine an d cheese thing, and he mentioned Chef Symon being there to film Dinner: Impossible.

I certainly will have to watch this one!

I started the day by meeting up with the host, Michael Symon, at the Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville where he was getting a lesson in country music ...

I missed this episode on the first run, caught it last night after FOW.
This was a good one! Plus is was fun seeing a place I've been to! I was saying, I hope Michael doesn't get lost, that wouldn't good! It real easy to do, that hotel is a maze and confusing.

I can say, this probably one of my favorite episodes of this show. I'm really liking Michael too. I wasn't so into the show that the host change ruined it for me.
