Eric Ripert Gets PBS Cooking Show

Since last June, Eric Ripert has been making his own online cooking show, in which he uses a toaster oven to prepare an assortment of wonderfully easy and tasty looking dishes (I've embedded one of my favorites above, in which he mades toaster oven-roasted chicken tenders). It's a charming show, reminiscent of the old days of food television, but with a splash of modern charm. He's comfortable in front of the camera, without being overly chummy or showy.

He was the guest chef on last night's Top Chef.

I'm not familiar with him, but I'll see if it is on locally.

I have seen him several times on Top Chef, I think he was on last year. I like his style, I think he would do a great show, not sure about the toaster oven thing, but would like to see him cook. Seems fish is his specialty, wonder how he does with other dishes ? Seems interesting enough, if he doesn't get to bland, that is what I am wondering. well I hope he makes it. Will keep an eye open for him on PBS.
