Mark Sanchez will become a multi-millionaire when he's selected in the NFL draft in late April - he's expected to go early in the first round - but tonight the former USC quarterback star will be in the kitchen at Phil Trani's in Long Beach cooking a dinner without remuneration.
A sous-chef at the restaurant for the past three summers, Sanchez is fulfilling a charitable obligation from an Operation Teddy Bear fund-raising event that was held in November at the Palos Verdes home of Nick and Rose Colonna in which more than 300 people attended and $30,000 was raised.
