Chefs who come from around the world to serve hundreds at University Hospitals Five Star Sensation may be cooking for charity, but they'd better do it fabulously -- and in person. "I tell them if they send their sous chefs, they won't be invited back," said celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck, the event's honorary chairman.
