I was out on the Alaska Seafood website looking for some things and stumbled across this
this called the Congress of Conscious Chefs. Its a group of chefs working on behalf of seafood sustainability.

I love salmon! We get our share here in the PNW.

Had the most delicious stuffed salmon at a new restaurant...stuffed with dungeness crab and shrimp.

I ate until it was all gone and I was SO STUFFED!....just like the salmon!
