I have been watching this on BBC America occasionally. I wonder why they have Gordon Ramsay on Food Network Canada but not here in the US? He certainly has a US following because of Hell's Kitchen.
I guess the new season of Hell's Kitchen starts tomorrow. I saw a big ad in the Sunday paper for it.
I absolutely (quoting NFNS Jeffrey, hee hee) detest Hell's Kitchen, but I adore Kitchen Nightmares - hmm, go figure. It just seems like they find the most mediocre and trashy people for Hell's Kitchen, ya know? I do love Gordon and think that based on what others have said about him, that he's really a pussycat IRL.
Yup starts tonight check your local listing on Fox, I often wondered why his shows are on FN in Canada and not here, to many bleeps to put on here for the food network ? Since the language restrictions are different? Seen any of the trailers ? I get them on Facebook. Should be interesting this season and stupid jar head gets in Ramsay face, have not quiet figured that out give up a chance for a $250,000 dollar a year job that is guaranteed ? not real bright.

You can see he has a lighter side on some of the other shows. I think for some people their language just becomes a habit. General Patton was like that, even though he was very religious. There is a quote of him giving a reply to an Army chaplain who asked if he read his bible as "every G- - D@m* Day."
For those who would like to discuss Hell's Kitchen, have a group started on Fafa Group: Chef's aFire
I know there are some who do not appreciate the language used on the show, so to keep it from upsetting some of this forums regular readers, thought it might better else where this is a private group of just those who want to join in. Group is called Chefs aFire.

Are you going to swear in the discussion of the show? If not I don't see why people would mind. It's not like it's on Pay Per View or a pay channel. If it's on regular TV it's not any worse than the rest of the shows on other channels.
