No refrigeration. Cool and dark, but not in the fridge. That's too cold. Same with garlic.

If I cut one in half I will wrap in press and seal and put it in the fridge. Fresh uncut I keep in a bottom cabinet drawer. Garlic too.

Sounds like what I do. Yeah, if I cut them and remember to, I put them in the fridge. I would, however, admit that 9 times out of 10 I seem to forget to wrap it and end up tossing it.
